Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Software Engineers II in Jacksonville, FL to design, program, debug and modify software enhancements for several CardPro or CEP systems including CardPro Connect, DPE, AM Toolkit, Job Tracker, Inventory, Panorama and others. Interact with product managers and users to define requirements and modifications. Participate in software design meetings to determine technical requirements and work with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams. Develop core versions of software applications, identify client requirements and technical specifications, interact with engineering groups, and train clients on applications. Create test plans and test cases for unit, SIT and UAT testing.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: utilizing Microsoft.Net technologies including ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, .NET CORE, and MVC Framework; designing user interface using web technologies including Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and FxFlex; writing in scripting languages including JavaScript, Typescript, and jQuery; working with existing complex applications and re-writing the logic to increase overall performance; working with Microsoft SQL Server to build and maintain large databases; working with Tables, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, and Views; utilizing SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) to create and generate reports at the organizational level; and working with Iterative Agile Programming Methodology. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills.
