Provide sustainable solutions and make sure the software delivery with quality, reusability, scalability and supportability.Engage in quality improvement initiatives and process automation to improve quality and efficiency of software development.Drive the best practice in the whole delivery life cycle;Provide production support and troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Understand and drive target architecture.Ensure systems comply with group infrastructure and security policies and standards.

Middleware (Liberty, Apache, MQ, etc);In deployment, monitoring and operations, such as Prometheus, Splunk, ElasticSearch, Grafana;Experience in automated deployment, release management and the tools used, e.g. Jenkins, Ansible;Highly motivated and be able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environmentAbility to liase with other development teams, architects, and other stakeholders to drive the delivery;Strong technical leadership skill;Proficient in English with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
