Principal responsibilities

Lead DevOps pod team and coach / mentor the others (most are engineers). Provide sustainable solutions and make sure the software delivery with quality, reusability, scalability and supportability.Engage in quality improvement initiatives and process automation to improve quality and efficiency of software development.Drive the best practice in the whole delivery life cycle;Provide production support and troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Understand and drive target architecture.Ensure systems comply with group infrastructure and security policies and standards.
