Sr Software Engineer, Mobile:
This role will oversee the front-end and integration aspects of an innovative employee experience mobile application. This application will incorporate AI-powered features, including generative AI, to deliver personalized and interactive experiences for employees. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in front-end technologies, a strong understanding of system integrations, and experience working with both in-house teams and outsourcing partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in front-end development, with significant expertise in mobile application frameworks (React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter).
Proven experience integrating APIs and AI features into front-end systems, with hands-on knowledge of generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI’s GPT).
Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-platform compatibility, and mobile-first principles.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving both in-house and outsourced development teams.
Solid knowledge of API integration, authentication protocols, and handling real-time data.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and front-end testing frameworks.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
Proven experience working in agile environments, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

DevOps Engineer:
This role will support our Mobile Engineering team by managing and optimizing the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and modern DevOps practices, ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable mobile application delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline management, or infrastructure automation.
Proven experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.
