5+ years of experience with Atlassian suite of tools, primarily JIRA and Confluence both a configuration standpoint and customization aspect

· 5+ Years of strong technical experience in Java, J2ee, Angular, UI Development

· Spring, Spring Boot, Web Services - Restful

· Proficient experience utilizing JavaScript, JSP, SQL, Python and other programming languages. You will possess a diverse skillset to address various technical challenges.

· Database Experience SQL or Oracle

· Good Communication Skills Collaboration/ Problem-solving/ Willingness to Learn, Take Initiatives

Bachelor or Master Professional degree 

Design and implement Atlassian solutions (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Jira Work Management, Confluence) tailored to the specific needs of manufacturing and quality management processes.
Configure and customize Jira products to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience for all stakeholders involved in quality management.
Contribute to development life cycle, requirements definition/analysis and feasibility analysis 
Provide input to technical design of new solutions applying latest software design techniques 
Decompose design into development plan tasks and provide accurate estimation of effort 
Own the specific parts of a solution from design and development through to test and implementation 
Ensure optimum performance and stability of the code developed and deployed 
Take ownership of issues through to delivery or issue resolution or escalation, as appropriate 
Code optimization, performance tuning, demonstrations to QA, BA teams, builds and deployments
Take initiatives to identify & implement Best Technical Practices on Software craftsmanship.
Participate in PDO Agile/FLOW working practices

Contribute to technical resolution of Incidents and continuously improve Operations Resilience as part of DevOps
