Overview : We are seeking an Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our SF Service Delivery team. This role requires a strong foundation in SQL, knowledge of multiple SF platform modules like Sales, Revenue and Service Clouds, strong analytical skills and conceptual understanding of sales processes. He/She will work on GCP projects to support our business operations and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the Salesforce Platform operations and Service delivery
Monitor incidents logged for the platform through ServiceNow and manage operations meeting SLAs.
Work on customization and configurations of the Salesforce cloud components.
Monitor the various data integrations between platforms and fix any problems.
Collaborate with senior engineers to help resolve Production issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs through data analysis.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business operations or sales environment.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases.
Knowledge with design and implementation of web-based interfaces and APIs using Apex code, web services etc.
Exceptional customer service skills, and experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Conceptual understanding of data lakes and data warehousing principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
