About the Role : This position performs advanced research, design, and software development assignments within the front-end domain. Responsibilities : + Design and develop high-quality, scalable front-end solutions using React, TypeScript, and related technologies + Collaborate closely with UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces + Develop and maintain reusable component libraries to ensure consistency across projects + Implement state management solutions to handle complex application states efficiently + Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards + Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members + Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues across various browsers and devices + Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability + Work independently on assigned tasks while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams + Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth + Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development + Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment + Contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions for front-end projects + Ensure proper unit testing and integration testing of developed components + All other duties as assigned Requirements + 5+ years of Software Engineering experience with a focus on front-end technologies + BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience required + Expert proficiency in React, including advanced concepts and best practices + Strong experience with Node.js for front-end tooling and server-side rendering + Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+) + Expertise in state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX, Recoil) + Experience in developing and maintaining component libraries + Proficiency in working with design tools like Figma and translating designs into code + Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility + Experience with modern build tools and module bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Rollup) + Proficiency in CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS solutions + Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL + Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices + Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) + Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git + Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for front-end projects + Familiarity with Agile development methodologies + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including designers, back-end developers, and product managers + Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies + Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality code + Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively + Passion for creating exceptional user experiences Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
