Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and implement core functionalities for WorkforceCX application.Develop APIs and integrations with third-party systems.Ensure software scalability, performance, and security.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and issues in production and testing environments, as reported by the WFM Team.Works closely with the WF Team to address any issues or concerns.Collaborate with fellow Software Engineers to brainstorm and understand requirements from WFM/Clients and deliver effective solutions.Coordinates with cross-functional teams, including Product Manager, Designers, and QA Test Engineers, to deliver high-quality features that enhance WorkforceCX scheduling, time tracking, and performance monitoring capabilities. The engineer will leverage modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud technologies to build solutions that optimize workforce operations, improve efficiency, and meet client requirements.Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development. Participate in the SCRUM Meetings by providing inputs and suggestions to efficiently manage work priorities and deliverables.
