Incident Management (IcM) is a mission critical service in Azure CXP. It is the one Incident Management System for all Microsoft services, the cornerstone of our efforts to enable every Microsoft service team to efficiently manage incidents and keep services healthy. Having all Microsoft service incidents together enables us to run data analytics and machine learning on it and helps us detect incident patterns to reduce Time to Mitigation (TTM) and even avoid future incidents.

 

The IcM Team is looking for AI services and UX (web & mobile) developer, Software Engineer II who loves technological challenges and problem solving, is excited about online services, cloud computing and Web & Mobile user experience, and is passionate about making better software while continuously improving the development process. We need an engineer who is a self-starter and likes to learn every day. As a member of our team, you will participate in all stages of our engineering lifecycle - from initial research and discovery, quick iteration on promising concepts, solution prototyping, designing, and delivering features end to end - including system architecture, code, deployment, scale, performance, and quality; all the way through successful service rollout and live site support. You will have ample opportunities and scope to demonstrate your technical abilities.
