In our global embedded platform development team based out of Hesston Kansas with remote team members around the globe we provide a common software framework and embedded hardware for all AGCO product specific teams to build on. This enables software reuse and common operator interfaces for our farmers. As a software engineer on the team you will be part of exciting initiatives and projects designing solutions the pave the way for AGCO teams for decades to come.

 

Your Impact 

Integrate modules and drivers to AUTOSAR classic framework Configure AUTOSAR classic for Real Time embedded controller family. Develop, debug, and maintain core software modules for all AGCO products to use Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with system engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand and analyze software requirements. Translate these requirements into technical designs and specifications. Apply automation techniques for automation of the whole software lifecycle process Work in an agile setup within a scrum team. Design solutions with teams physically located in other countries

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

Complete Bachelor Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field Proven proficiency/experience in working in at least one programming language: C/C++ (C embedded desirable) English language fluency is mandatory (written & verbal) Demonstrated experience with safety-critical embedded systems Experience with AUTOSAR Classic software development and architecture
