What you'll do DocuSign is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Core Admin and Support Tooling team. We build and operate sophisticated solutions that address global business needs, overcoming challenges that span cultures, and legal jurisdictions, and impact millions of people and businesses daily. Our Agreement Cloud is revolutionizing how people live, work, and reach agreements. As a Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of a dynamic, Agile engineering team, contributing to software development. You will help the team succeed by identifying ways to improve processes, making the team more effective, and mentoring others by modeling engineering best practices. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of Engineering. Responsibility Design, implement, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and testable code for services with defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs) Use telemetry and metrics to make data-driven decisions, ensuring system reliability and observability as they scale Collaborate with multi-functional teams on design, code reviews, and feature development within an Agile environment Solve and resolve production issues, maintaining code quality and performance Identify potential risks proactively and suggest process improvements to enhance team effectiveness Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of industry experience in Software Engineering Experience with C# and other object-oriented programming languages Experience with SQL, NoSQL, or CosmosDB Familiarity with Docker or other containerization technologies (Azure or AWS), Kubernetes, and microservices Experience with Git, continuous integration, and deployment tools Fluency in English, both verbal and written Preferred Experience with the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET), XML, JSON, and NoSQL databases Exposure to KQL, PromQL, SQL, or similar query languages for gaining insights Knowledge and experience with high-scale, highly available (99.99%+) systems Experience in deploying scalable, high-availability services on Azure Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies and toolsets Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
