About the OpportunityDMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer
Java Script background with experience with ArcGIS, Visual Studio, C# Sharp, Oracle, PL SQL, Python, .NET Framework, .NET Core,
Triage issues and tickets to determine if escalation is necessary for resolutionEffectively meet SLAs, perform patches, and roster reviewsWhen ticket volume is low, evaluate automation opportunities to enhance existing efficienciesDocumentation maintenanceProvide on-call support for dev team member and business customers as neededUtilize existing customer tools that include integrations among cloud-based and/or customized solutions necessary to resolve ticketsCollaborating with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the business as neededReview custom code related to tickets and provide recommendations as well as development efforts for code enhancementParticipate in Salesforce release evaluation and impact on the existing Salesforce stack
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS /CIS or equivalent work experienceRequired Skills/Certifications:
Release Management experienceCI/CD experience (Jenkins is a plus)Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communicationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
