We are looking for an experienced software engineer to add to our growing team who brings groundbreaking, technology-based capabilities, and business models to life. You will play a crucial role developing IT solutions using the latest innovations and technologies with exposure on leading and working with cross-functional teams.

Your team

You will be part of a software engineering team that focus on addressing the needs of the business by using latest technologies and innovations.

You will work and collaborate with cross-functional teams including other software engineers, operations, product owners/managers & business partners taking ownership of sprint backlogs and ensuring smooth software delivery.

Responsibilities of the role

Design, develop and implement scalable and secure applications using modern cloud architectures and technologiesDemonstrates ability to mix engineering best practices with complex business problems to create top-tier solutionsLead small development teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and deliver features using Agile and DevOps practicesLeverage coding standards and best practices to ensure efficient and re-usable services and components.Help broader and contribute to the software engineering community of practice

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

3-5 years experience as a software engineer and demonstrates foundational software engineering principlesHas Intermediate to advanced level of software development using Python, C# or ReactFamiliarity with Azure technologiesIn-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture and containerizationFamiliar and knowledgeable of Scrum and DevOps methodologiesFamiliar with GitHub or other source code repositoriesHas knowledge /familiar with using CI/CD tools (such as GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, etc.)Ability to understand business needs and deliver quality solutionsAbility to work with minimal supervisionPassion for continuous learning and problem solvingStrong leadership and communication skills. Communicate proficiently in English both in speech and writingAt least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer / Systems / Industrial Engineering, Business / Management Information Systems or Software Development
