Primary Responsibilities:
Support internal and external client-based Quality Assurance organizations throughout QA/testing activities in multi-tier environment Provide operational support and troubleshooting of complex issues, coordinating the involvement of business and/or UHG IT development resources in incident resolution as necessary To support the deployment activity as well as maintenance of application Perform software deployments, infrastructure services and vulnerability management for multi-tier environments Should be able to create Unix scripting for desired task activity of batch job and task activity run in lower environment servers Develops and executes SQL scripts to resolve production or Lower Environment issues and create reports using SQL Work Management - Manages multiple tasks, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities Automate and continuously improve deployment strategies and testing to support the quick turnaround of deployments to multiple environments Create and maintain technical support and deployment documentation as needed Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Graduate degree or equivalent experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent Hands on experience in SQL and PLSQL coding, should have solid knowledge on Joins, Sub Queries, Packages, Functions, procedures, Triggers etc. Experience in tools like SVN, GitHub Version Control tools etc. Experience with Service Management tools like Service Now, ALM, JIRA, SharePoint, HPSM, etc. Knowledge in Unix/Shell Scripting, FTP, TCP/IP Profound knowledge in ORACLE 19c versions for SQL (Oracle Database) Development & have good knowledge to PL/SQL Procedural Language Ability to develop and execute SQL scripts to resolve production or Lower Environment issues and create reports Proper knowledge with Java/J2EE and middleware and integration technology like JBoss Enterprise Application Server, JBoss Fuse etc. Knowledge on microservices, SOAP and REST APIs Knowledge of CICD /Release Automation tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, XL Deploy, Chef/Puppet/Ansible etc. Solid analytical skill to debug issues in application servers using OpenSearch or Splunk or Dynatrace or from physical Server logs.Preferred Qualifications:
