JOB SUMMARYWork closely with senior, lead or principal software engineers to design, develop and maintain software components and products that support H&R Block business applications. Create and execute unit and functional tests and document results. Create and maintain documentation on the internal architecture of the system and design approaches. Participate in technical design and code reviews for all new enhancements and maintenance work delivered. Understand business and functional requirements and produce technical specifications and product requirements. Design and implement new API’s and update existing API’s using .Net and C#. Develop web-based interfaces using JavaScript and Angular, and build reusable components. Use Microsoft ADO source control for build and deployment pipelines. Participate in production support to resolve user issues, fix bugs and defects, and optimize user experience. Store user activities and error logging.
