Principal responsibilities

• Work with Product Owners and DevOps teams, and responsible for the delivery, on-going success continuous improvement of a discrete set of products or business services, or shared products/platforms/environments that are used/consumed by other DevOps Teams
• Communicate with business to identify needs and translate client requirements into specified project briefs
• Facilitate communication among key stakeholders from different regions and time zones
Understand key business problem, user requirements, work with development team closely to come up technical proposals, and facilitate cost-benefit analysis
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business contacts;
• Assist on managing activities within project delivery to the business within the agreed timeframes, cost and levels of quality;
• Accountable for on target delivery to support global business objectives. Establish and maintain service level agreements and are a point of contact concerning service issues.
• Provide project coordination and system expertise to support the delivery of IT related projects in accordance with both group and local requirement.
• Conduct the overall QA testing activities support user acceptance test
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems
