Development for GTAP core systemSolid knowledge on Service Management, Incident Management and Problem Management.Experience in Evergreening/infrastructure upgrade implementation.Experience in vendor engagement and management.Agile and DevOps experience and fully understand on principles, practices and tools.Strong commitment/accountability, strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently, proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines.Able to present ideas effectively in either Mandarin or Cantonese, and effective communication skills in spoken and written English.TA business knowledge and GTAP system knowledge will be an advantage.

Nice to have:

Fluent English communication skillsStrong analytical skills/Troubleshooting/debugging on infrastructure components, in particular on Windows, Unix, Oracle database, MQGood communication skills and be able to efficiently communicate in the production/crisis calls.
