Job Description

As a front-end engineer in our technology team, you will develop and provide solutions that enable our agency teams to win in a marketplace. You will work with UX / Design, Product and fellow engineers to deliver transformative solutions across our platform.

As a UI engineer you will provide estimates and contributing to shared component code. You will work with reusable patterns, tests and documentation.

You will report to Senior Vice President, Data Engineering.

Responsibilities:

Discuss implementation details of UI/UX designsProvide estimations for time and level of effortContribute to a shared component libraryEmploy best practices around semantic markup and web accessibilityBuild pages to be responsive, performant and to handle errors accordinglyWork in an Agile environmentManage deliverables as assigned in JiraPerform peer code reviews

Qualifications3+ years of experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScriptExperience developing web applications in ReactProficiency with the latest JavaScript syntax (ES6+)CSS skillset and experience using CSS preprocessors such as SASSExperience with NodeJS and common build tools such as Webpack, Babel and ViteUnderstanding of Web Accessibility best practicesUnderstanding of asynchronous request handling, promises and RESTful APIsUnderstanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and workaroundsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS and AzureExperience developing UI components utilizing Storybook

Compensation Range:  $70,000 - $105,000 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
