Job Duties: Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture. May telecommute. (385.20174)

 

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Development-related occupation. Position requires:

Public Cloud Domain Software development;  Java/J2EE (Servlet, JSF and JSP) including Java, SDK, Multithreading;   Linux Operating System;  RDMBS (Oracle or equivalent); GIT; Perl, Python, Shell/BASH Scripting; Software development and debugging; Jdeveloper, Eclipse, Netbeans or  IntelliJ IDEs; Developing applications for multiple industries, technologies, and form factors; Open source (Apache, Confluent) Kafka Services and related technologies; Open source ELK (Elastic Search, Kibana and Logstash) and SWIFT based services; and, AWS Cloud services.
