Job Duties: Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. As a manager of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture. May have direct reports. May telecommute. (385.18194)

 

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 2 years of experience in job offered or in a software development-related occupation. Position requires:

PL/SQL and T-SQL; Software development experience in Java programming, web application development, and user interface design; Software testing and debugging; Requirements analysis and performance tuning; Software development lifecycle and design diagrams; Oracle ADF, ADF UI, task flows, data controls, and MVC architecture; J2EE, MVC, JSF 2.0, JSP, Servlets, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL; Designing and developing web services using WSDL, SOAP, XML, and Java; Software development experience in object oriented development and design with Java and J2EE; and  Oracle 10g, and Database designs.
