Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) organization is seeking a Software Development Manager to spearhead the development of our innovative Connected Talent Management (CTM) product. As Software Development Manager for the Connected Talent Management (CTM) product, you'll lead a diverse, multi-disciplinary team spanning software engineering, data engineering, applied science, and technical program management. Your responsibility will extend to managing development teams across three key locations: Seattle, Austin, and Dublin, Ireland.

Your primary focus will be overseeing the development of web and mobile applications, along with distributed web services, designed to support over one million operations associates worldwide. This role involves building sophisticated backend services, powered by applied science, to assist managers in forecasting staffing needs for both routine operations and peak demand periods such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.
