AWS Boost supports Data Center Operations globally define, plan, execute, monitor, and validate technician-facing work. We increase throughput by prioritizing high value work that maximizes capacity delivery while protecting security, safety, and availability through software auditable controls.


Key job responsibilities
As Manager of Boost Work, you will own software solutions that will enable process owners and global operations to create and schedule work. You will provide capabilities to enable creation of future work for data center technicians based on schedules or events. You are expected to excel when faced with ambiguity. You have high judgement and understand which opportunities drive the most strategic value for the business. You will not be limited by the present and will constantly look ahead to the future. You enjoy working in a collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment and are comfortable interacting with highly technical cross-functional teams. You have excellent analytical capabilities, be comfortable diving deep into data, and have strong writing skills. You have a track record of understanding customer needs and delivering technology solutions to address those needs. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of the AWS Infrastructure business.
