POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Redmond, WA-based client is looking for a Software Development Engineer for a remote position based in the United States.
About the Team:
We actively partner with law enforcement and security organizations around the globe to disrupt bad actors who are using malware, phishing scams, IP abuse, technology-facilitated child exploitation, tech support fraud, and other means to target our customers.
We ensure that governments who are requesting data from teams in support of their criminal investigations through legal orders follow due process, striking a balance between fighting cybercrime and protecting customer data.
We provide solutions to demonstrate that the team is in compliance with cybersecurity practices in support of government and industry customers.
Responsibilities Maintaine a React-based Web Application that provides highly reliable services to hundreds of internal users. This includes fixing bugs and adding additional enhancements.Ensure Security remains front and center in the design and development phase. This includes following the principles of zero trust.Prepare to learn new technologies on the fly.Contribute to the Agile Scrum team and demonstrate daily progress on the work assigned. Qualifications Must have 8-10 years of related work experience.Must have 6 years of coding experience in C#, Java, or similar programming languages.Must have 3 years of experience developing Web UI applications using React.Should have strong experience in the technologies like Visual Studio, Kusto Explorer, Web Browser, Azure DevOps, GitHub, System design thinking (be able to think end to end on software.Must have 4 Years of experience working alongside or with Cloud technologies (developing cloud-native solutions)Should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field required.Should have strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Should be a Self-starter and ability to produce new ideas and designs to solve technical challenges.Should have a solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software designlarge systems software design and development experience.Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems.Experience in programming and experience with problem diagnosis and resolution.For remote positions, all candidates must complete a video screen with our corporate recruiting team.
