What will you do?

* Accelerate the AWS Worldwide Public Sector business initiatives through software delivery
* Bring your creativity every day to solve complex problems for our global business operations; anticipate customer needs
* Dive deep into the latest software development tools and frameworks, hone your already strong software development skills.
* Continual improvement of the systems as they will need to scale and continue to meet the demands of a rapidly growing, dynamic business.
* Improving cycle times, maintaining system integrity, developing integration/efficiencies within the system and automation of manual processes.
* Take advantage of really strong Amazon internal training opportunities including instructor led courses, expert talks from experts, and informal on the job training.

Key job responsibilities
* Build internal applications and services across different business domains in the AWS Worldwide Public Sector
* Work with stakeholders, product managers, and technical program managers to deliver software capabilities
* Focus on operational excellence while delivering new features to existing products and services
* Architect, design, and build re-usable assets for new functionality across the portfolio
