In this critical role, the individuals in these positions will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications.
Apply advanced programming skills to create scalable, high-quality solutions. Collaborate with teams to integrate new technologies and features. Implement security measures and ensure system scalability and performance. Conduct JAD sessions and facilitate user requirement gathering. Manage service providers and generate reports for stakeholders with the Innovation
and Technology Business Unit.

A bachelor’s degree in software development/ computer science/ information Technology/ Information Systems/ Informatics / Financial Information Systems or equivalent. Minimum of Three (3) years of Systems Development in a Lead Developer position. Solid experience in JavaScript and the Node.js ecosystem. Extra credit for knowledge of ODOO. Knowledge of Web and Mobile Development; .NET Core Framework; ASP.NET, MVC, Web API and Core; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript; jQuery, Angular and React;ORM; Web Services (REST & SOAP), Workflow systems; SQL Server 2022; MySQL 8 and Database Design.
