Responsibilities: * Lead a cross-functional, agile development team, including development, QA, BA * Act as the technical SME for a specific domain within the platform * Provide guidance and mentorship, including pair programming, code reviews, demos, and career development * Software Developer Team Lead will design system features that align with business objectives and fit into the broader platform ecosystem * Collaborate with the Product team to ensure requirements are met and business goals are achieved * Follow and contribute to department-wide technical, process, and quality standards * Participate in staffing decisions, including interviews and hiring * Create technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer across the team * Contribute to code on a daily basis, completing user stories and tasks * As a Software Developer Team Lead, you will guide the team on unit testing and collaborate with QA leadership for successful functional and regression testing * Lead the team in achieving system performance goals * Promote a security-first mindset within the development team * Take ownership of problems and solutions, proactively ensuring success * Provide innovative problem-solving, thinking outside the box
