The Opportunity

As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for transforming design and product vision into working product and you will develop, customize, and enhance functionalities of Salesforce. You will contribute to development of a cutting-edge platform that empowers our organization's digital capabilities for Patients and Healthcare Professionals.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with other agile/scrum team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancementsMaintain and develop for digital products (client facing application side) and continuously delivers enhancements through CI/CD practices.Proven track record in Salesforce solution development including additional features and systems such as (Health cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Heroku), or integrated services (Web Services, Call Centers)Use agile engineering practices and various software and Web development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the customer and employee experience.  Continuously reach out to demonstrate and validate developed functionalityAbility to work in complex environment and enjoy working autonomously.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, product management or a related study, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience developing software with strong orientation towards Salesforce based technologies and ideally have worked in DevOps models and agile methodologies.Experience in some of the following CSS; HTML, Java Script, LWC, Python, Rest API, SOQL, SQL, SSJS, Veeva and Visual forceExperience in Salesforce development is a must.Knowledge of working in a multi-org salesforce platform architecture and its supporting infrastructure components.Experience with design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications and application securitySound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex informationAbility to write and speak in the English language.
