Position Description: The ServiceNow Developer, mapped to the Software Developer Intermediate role, will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow applications and solutions. This includes configuring out-of-the-box solutions, creating custom applications, and integrating ServiceNow with other systems. The developer will also provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications, ensuring they meet user needs and performance standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations. Perform regular updates and maintenance on existing ServiceNow applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues. Ensure adherence to best practices and development standards.
