**Description** **Position Summary:** + Performs software application development. + Writes, modifies, and debugs various software in accordance to the Company’s architecture, design, and coding standards and processes. + Maintains and documents programs. + Coordinates moving software development features and bugs through the Software Development Life Cycle. + Supports software production issues and problems. + Provides assistance with the development of program specifications. + Mentors software developers including technical, architectural, process, and standards approaches. **Knowledge and Job Requirements:** + Minimum of an associate’s degree in a related field, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. + Minimum of 5 years of programming experience. + Designing complex system features and functionality. + Working knowledge of and stays current with industry-standard best practices. + Strong ability to troubleshoot and work through system related issues. + Analyzing and revising system logic. + Proven ability to design, code, test, and debug software programs. + Developing knowledge of several current and complex programming languages. + Ability to learn new technologies. + Following design guidelines for software development. + Communicating clearly and working with a team. \#LI-TH1 \#HO **Qualifications** **Education** **Required** + Associates or better **Preferred** + Bachelors or better Job Category: Individual Contributor Job Type: Full-Time 225 S East St Indianapolis, IN, USA, 46202 ReqID: SOFTW004994
