We are today a team of approximate 45+ people and have five ventures. Our office space is very central at Drottninggatan in Stockholm.

 

Job description

A Venture Software Developer is a pivotal team member in new business ventures, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining software solutions that drive innovation and growth. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, high-performance applications that meet the needs of emerging startups.

 

You will work in one of our ventures and report to our Tech Domain Manager.

 

 

Key responsibilities

In the role of Venture Software Developer your key responsibilites will be:

 

Software Development: Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code for various applications and platforms, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. System Design: Collaborating with architects and other developers to design system architecture and technical specifications that align with business objectives. Product Development: Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Innovation: Leveraging the latest technologies and development practices to create innovative solutions that provide a competitive edge. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving technical challenges, optimizing performance, and ensuring robust and secure applications. Collaboration: Working closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet user needs. Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and contribute to the venture’s success.

 

About you

We seek someone with strong experience within software development. It is important that you are a positive influence and a good collaborator as you will interact with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders. Good communication skills are key since you will be interacting closely with business executives both across the company and externally. You are a goal-oriented doer and a team player that loves to see how our business is growing.

We also believe that you (requirements): 5+ years of experience from software development within Python Front-end capabilities: While back-end is your bread and butter, practical experience with front-end frameworks and languages will be considered an asset  AWS specialist, you have experience from building, securing, and operate systems using AWS services like ECS, RDS, S3, EC2, and Lambda DevOps proficiency: You thrive in DevOps teams and possess a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Infrastructure as Code.  Thrive in in a fast-growing company Are fluent in English
