About Service Engineering team
Service Engineering team is an engineering arm that creates significant impact on the success of Managed Cloud Services LOB, responsible for design, development and building of software solutions to effectively manage MCS customers. We also build new services to drive OCI consumption and works on enhancing customer’s experience. Service engineering constantly improves operations by conducting system analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures for MCS customers.

We are looking for an experienced engineer with leadership skills located in India who will be working on engineering projects. Engineer needs to be self-driven, highly motivated, ability to lead/collaborate cross teams across globe and will be working hands on customer environments in collaboration with operations.
Skill set and Clearance
In depth experience in design and development of software applications, solutions & systems. Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, which is the primary language used for most AI and ML tasks. AI/ML: Basic understanding of fundamental ML algorithms like linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering. Experience building LLM powered applications. Data Handling: Skills in data preprocessing and cleaning to prepare datasets for analysis and model training. Libraries and Frameworks: Familiarity with key ML libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. REST API – Client and API service development. Troubleshoot and resolving technical issues related to software systems. Experience in complete life cycle of software development including development, testing, installation, configuration, and deployment.

Experience
8+ years of hands-on design, development, test automation and implementation of software. 2+ years in scripting, testing and automation. Total of 10+ years work experience in software life cycle management. Should have experience in guiding and managing small team. Ability to lead and influence small team of engineers. Work in global development model. Ability to take work from defining scope to successful delivery of solutions. Working on implementing solutions public cloud services
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
