Kforce is partnering with an institutional insurance company to hire a Software Delivery Program Manager in Omaha, NE. Responsibilities: * Monitor cross-team activity to identify risks to delivery, quality, and system dependability * Guide teams towards self-organization while promoting effective collaboration with stakeholders * Mentor team leads and managers in supporting their teams and working with stakeholders * Work with stakeholders to continuously refine and implement agile software development practices * Refine standards, procedures, and analysis for development velocity, quality, and production readiness * Mentor teams in facilitating standups, retrospectives, planning sessions, and other sprint activities * Intervene as needed to keep teams on track, providing guidance or escalating issues * Work with technology leaders to define team composition and assign team members * Administer comprehensive documentation of agile standards and guidelines, including training and periodic reviews * Occasional travel for strategy meetings
