Accelerating Innovation: Building a Robust Software Development Pipeline

We are keen to establish a pipeline for Software Architect roles, that not only supports our current objectives but also scales seamlessly with future innovations.

How will you make an impact?
As a (Senior) Software System Architect, you will be responsible for defining and presenting a long term (5 years) technical and architectural vision for the solution that brings value to our customers according to product strategy and innovation and evolution. You will report to Director-level manager and work closely with representatives of the business and R&D groups.
You will take ownership for platform evolution, supporting many products across the board. You will analyze technical trade-offs, resolve primary components and subsystems and its interaction, define Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs). You will also collaborate with other architects to ensure that efficient solutions are integrated into a cohesive system architecture. You will provide the SW teams with a technical roadmap to prepare the architecture for future needs, handle life cycle management, improve developer efficiency and you will guard the delivered quality.

Requirements:Demonstrated technical leadership on a sophisticated Software product.Know best practices for design, coding, and quality.Working experience with multiple teams, preferably multi site.Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g. C++, C#, Python).Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Models, views and tools and architecture patterns.General understanding of modern tools and technologies (e.g. C++’ 20, Microservices, gRPC, Docker, etc.).Knowledge on how to build cyber secure systems.Ability to work with appropriate level of detail, from helicopter view down to individual modules and back-Provide vision, direction, inspiration & motivation.Ability to reason in abstract about the solution and patterns to use.Physical requirements / work environment
This job can be fulfilled either from Brno/Czech Republic or from Eindhoven/Netherlands. It is encouraged to be at our office at least 4 days a week.
