Innovation Labs as part of Process Automation LoB is looking for passionate and creative individuals who can help creating breakthrough solutions for our customers. We need a AI and Software Engineer who can enable digital transformation in the process industry. The role requires to work with a cross functional team to design and implement AI at the edge for the process industry. Overall experience of 12 - 15 years is desired.
What will you do?
· AI Project Oversight\: Manage and oversee AI projects, ensuring they align with business goals and are delivered on time.
· Technical Expertise\: Provide guidance on AI algorithms, models, and frameworks, ensuring the best practices are followed.
· Model Development\: Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI models and solutions, ensuring they are robust and scalable.
· Collaboration\: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
· Code Review and Quality Assurance\: Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of AI models and codebases, promoting best practices in AI development.
· Mentorship\: Mentor team members in AI concepts, techniques, and tools, fostering their professional growth.
· Performance Monitoring\: Monitor the performance of AI models in production, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
· Ownership\: Takes complete ownership of POC, pilot, productization, deployment, and post deployment support until completion of the defined milestones.
What technical skills will make you successful for this role?
· Proven experience in architectures and design for AI/ML based applications running at the edge, integration of various applications built on different technologies.
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
· Knowledge of edge computing must. Ability to deploy models on Linux containers required.
· Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
· Preferred to have good understanding of process control and strategies.
· Preferred to have knowledge of Linear and non-linear constraint optimization methodologies.
