What this job involves: The Soft Services Coordinator will assist in maintaining overall site service, performance, processes, and quality standards for services which may include but are not limited to: cleaning/custodial, landscaping, solid waste & recycling, food service, reception, Security Badge Administration, and pest control. The Soft Services Coordinator will strive towards innovation of services offered, assist with lowering cost of delivery, and work with suppliers to integrate the service into operations while dramatically enhancing the customer experience. The Soft Services Coordinator will participate in quality assurance programs, and drive towards a higher level of cleanliness as well as meet or exceed scoring metrics as stipulated in both Client and Vendor contracts.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Participate in inspections and other quality practices and procedures.Continuously monitor established quality procedures and resolve internal quality issues and customer complaints concerning product and or service dissatisfaction.Assist with management of Waste & Recycling.Ensure and review vendor work orders for completion.Assist with oversight of the Mailroom, Shipping and Receiving process.Work with Workplace Service Manager to oversee vendors for housekeeping services, cafeteria and catering services, shipping and receiving, landscaping and snow removal.Follow all JLL/client safety and EHS programs. Identify safety hazards within the building and incorporate the remediation of such hazards to ensure that the building's staff and occupants work in a safe environment.Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food Services, Landscaping and initiate immediate rectification actions.Ensure that soft services are rendered as per desired standards & prescribed norms.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

Bachelor's degree required.At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills a mustCapable of working independently and exhibit effective time management skills.Ability to analyze reports for the purpose of ensuring compliance with scope of work.Knowledge of kitchen equipment preventive maintenance and repairs.Computer proficiency with MS Office, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Corrigo, a plus.Personal attributes should include honesty, trustworthiness, respect for others, flexibility, and sound workplace ethics in a diverse environment.Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, and automation capabilities.

Participates in creation and implementation of inspections and other quality practices and procedures.Customer Focus/Experience: Genuine service-oriented individual that is focused on the customer experience and able to provide continued monitoring of established quality procedures, resolve internal quality issues and customer complaints concerning product and or service dissatisfaction.Compliance: Familiarization with applicable codes, comply with specifications, and ensure standards are met within the scope of company policies and procedures, and in compliance with all federal and state regulations.Vendor Management: Closely monitors work requests communicated by JLL, the client and vendors. Continuously raise the bar in vendor quality and service while reducing overall costs. Partners with vendors to continuously improve service quality and resolve/troubleshoot service issues.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

64,000.00 – 85,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
