Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service that meets the client’s expectationsAssist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works)Coordinate the procurement of services requiredCoordinate financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate mannerEnsure prompt and accurate management of cleaning, canteen, pest control and waste management services with prompt administration.Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standardsMaintain premises in neat and good working condition at all timesProvide support for regular reporting packagesFollow established escalation and incident reporting proceduresAdhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategiesAchieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targetsOther tasks and duties as required by her supervisor.

Experience

Experience of working within a high- profile corporate environmentReception or hospitality experience

Qualifications

Technical facilities background preferred (Soft Facilities Management,  Project Management or related job experience)
