Job Overview:

The Social Worker is responsible for completing Intakes, provide individual group and family therapy, psychoeducation services as well as referrals needed for ongoing mental health services and community needs. The Social Worker is an integral part of the EISS team and will work collaboratively with each disciple to provide mental health care to the Monmouth County community,

Required:

LCSW licensure NJ Driver's licensePsychotherapy experience

Essential Functions:

Performs initial diagnostic evaluationsPrepares and maintains statistical reports and records as required by regulatory, organizational and official agenciesProvides individual, family and group therapyFormulates treatment plansProvides psychotherapy, assessment and evaluation servicesPerforms other duties as designated by the department
