Job Summary

Supervises, coordinates and provides direct social work services and counseling to residents and families.  Supervises the Activities department to meet the needs of the residents assuring activity functions are delivered as scheduled and are age appropriate. 

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field. Previous health care experience preferred.

Work Schedule

Day Shifts, Monday – Friday, with occasional weekends; 80 hours every 2 weeks On Call 2-3 weeks every 4 months
