Social Selling Strategist (Remote) - US

As a Social Selling Strategist, you will play a key role in optimizing sales team members' social media profiles to align with the company's branding and messaging. You'll develop and curate content, utilizing generative AI, to ensure consistent messaging and audience engagement. You will monitor relevant social conversations, provide insights to sales teams, and help generate leads through social selling strategies. In addition to creating content calendars and templates, you'll also support the sales team with training on best practices, track the performance of social selling campaigns, and align efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

Profile Optimization:

Assist sales team members in optimizing their social media profiles.Ensure profiles align with the company’s branding and messaging.

Content Development and Curation:

Create and curate content for sales team members to share.Utilize generative AI for content development and researchUnderstand key message requirements, objectives, and audience and effectively communicate these messages to the target audience through social media.Develop and execute social selling campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.Develop content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule.Develop templates to ensure a consistent 'look and feel' across all social content.

Social Listening and Insights:

Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations and trends.Provide insights and recommendations to sales team members.Implement strategies to identify and attract potential leads through social media.Utilize social selling tools and techniques to generate leads and move them through the sales funnel.

Training and Support:

Conduct training sessions on social selling best practices.Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary support and resources.Provide indirect guidance and support to the sales leads and teams.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of social selling activities.Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights.Analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of social selling efforts.Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns.

Campaign Coordination:

Coordinate social selling campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.Ensure alignment and consistency across all channels.

Competitor Analysis:

Monitor and analyze competitors’ social selling strategies.Provide insights and suggestions to differentiate and improve the company’s social selling approach.Your Key Success Factors:5 years of experience developing and executing high-level content and social media strategies, aligning them with business goals, customer needs, and market trends, resulting in increased engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.Proven expertise in driving creative ideation sessions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop impactful content, thought leadership pieces, and multimedia assets that resonate with target audiences.Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories through concise yet complete social media-first visuals and content.Experience with, or interest in leveraging generative AI (artificial intelligence) for content creation and the innovative repurposing of existing materialsDemonstrated experience working across multiple segments or business units, preferably on a global scale, requiring both direct and indirect influence.Excellent time management and organizational skills at a program level.Proven ability to measure and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and data-driven insights, optimizing strategies and tactics for continuous improvement, and achieving KPIs.Enthusiasm for the iterative process and achieving impactful results.B2B Marketing or Sales experienceNice to Have:Certification in communication, marketing, or related fields.Degree or background in engineeringProject management skillsExperience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or SalesforceExperience working with executives, especially in the engineering and software development fields preferred.

This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $99,000 to $178,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.  Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
