What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

You will be professionally responsible for developing and executing social/paid media strategies. Creating engaging content, optimize company pages, and foster community interaction. With expertise in social media marketing and analytics, they drive customer engagement, website traffic and revenue growth.

As a Strategist, you should have excellent multitasking skills to handle all of our social media accounts in a cohesive way. If you have a creative way of thinking and of presenting our brand through multiple social media channels, we would like to make you part of our team. 

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our company web presence is aligned with our marketing strategies.

Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets while managing, creating and publishing original, high-quality content.

Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules and liaise with different teams to ensure the content is informative and appealing. 

Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches.

Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate action

Set clear team goals and delegate tasks and set deadlines, discover training needs and provide coaching

Oversee day-to-day operation and monitor team performance and report on metrics

***Position is remote but will require some travel to the Netherlands***

Proven work experience as a social media strategist or social media manager, hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness

Proven work experience as a manager of people with a minimum of 2 direct reports

An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them

Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Strong written and verbal communication skills - Fluency in English

Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge, as well as understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
