Title: Social Media Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Facility: BayCare Systems Office (Hybrid)

 

Responsibilities:

Oversees the day-to-day posting and monitoring of the BayCare social media properties in collaboration with the Communications Team. Works to ensure the smooth implementation of the system social media strategy. Supports the implementation of social media policies and procedures and best practices. Executes the social media content schedule and posting cadence developed by leadership and other stakeholders. Helps craft proactive and reactive messages to all audiences and assists with social media issues management, serving in on-call rotation. Assists with writing content and obtaining digital assets including photography and video, providing editing when needed. Monitors metrics and key insights across multiple platforms and brings forward suggestions for improvement, new content ideas and platforms. Research, develop and assist in launching new channels in collaboration leadership communications and other stakeholders. Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Experience:

Required - 1 year social media or a college internship in the social space.Preferred - experience with Canva, Social Studio, filming and video editing.

 

Education:

Required - Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Related Field
