The primary responsibility of this role of this individual is to drive social media best practices for a growing casino brand that does not follow the status quo and wants to stand out of the crowd. This position will require in depth knowledge of social media best practices: building paid campaigns and budget management, tracking, optimizing, and reporting on performance, and content ideation. and organic posting strategies from concept, execution and optimizations based on data analysis.

Be on top of the latest digital marketing trendsSupport property social media managers with anything from customer care, paid campaigns, and organic content to performance reportsEnsure social media best practices and brand standards are being followedAbility to manage social media budgets and report on channel ROIWork closely with the digital marketing manager on strategies, standards, and goalsStrong understanding of A/B testing best practices to implement, monitor and analyze results for testing plans across three propertiesQuarterly audit of social media content of competitors and properties and compile actionable insightsProvides monthly analytics reports for CMO and department headsTraining of new social media team members on social media tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social and Track MavenCollaborate with properties and agencies on monthly content calendars and campaigns (brand awareness, acquisition etc.)Generate content ideas and write copy tailored to drive social media KPI’sIdentify and establish KPI’s and benchmarks for the CompanyProvides deployment/creative strategy for Corp. lead initiatives…i.e. Live! Rewards, PlayLive! Online Casino.All other duties as assigned.

News Junkie and trends fan, is a plusExcellent presentation and communication skillsDemonstrable social media platform prowess and content generation experiencePositive attitude, detailed, and customer orientedStrong multitasker and a go getter work ethicPrevious gaming or hospitality experience is a plusExperience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plusFacebook Blueprint Certification, is a plusExperience with a Social Media platform such as; Hootsuite or Sprout SocialKnowledge of Photoshop preferredMust be able to travel QualificationsMust-Haves:
Two (2) plus years’ experience implementing social media strategy, managing campaigns and driving ROI for a high-volume business or industry, preferably Casino Gaming.A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment. Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work extended hours across all shifts in a 24/7 work environment.Use of stairs and elevators
