Job DescriptionJob Purpose
The Social Media and Marketing Executive will play a key role in executing the resort’s marketing and communication strategies. The role will focus on enhancing the online presence, driving engagement across digital channels, supporting marketing initiatives, and handling administrative tasks related to the marketing department.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with the resort’s brand identity and business goals.Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including photos, videos, and copy for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics, providing insights to optimize social media campaigns and increase ROI.Engage with the audience through timely responses to comments, messages, and reviews.Collaborate with internal teams to promote events, offers, and services.
Content Creation and Marketing Support
Coordinate photo and video shoots with in-house teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with Anantara’s brand guidelines.Work closely with the team to develop digital and print marketing materials, including newsletters, flyers, and advertisements.Assist in the creation of press releases, blog posts, and guest communications to promote the resort’s unique selling points.
Campaign Coordination
Support the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and partnerships.Assist in managing influencer collaborations, press visits, and brand partnerships to increase visibility and engagement.Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all campaigns and platforms.
Administrative Tasks
Manage and update the marketing content calendar, ensuring all activities are planned and executed on time.Handle purchase requests, supplier invoices, and ensure timely follow-up with the Finance department for approvals and payments.Assist with organizing internal and external marketing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.Maintain and organize marketing files, assets, and content archives for easy accessibility.
Analytics and Reporting
Monitor website traffic, social media analytics, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Prepare monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and marketing activities.
Qualifications and Skills
