Summary:
Oversee the day-to-day coordination and monitoring of BayCare social media properties, in collaboration with the Communications Team. Works consistently to achieve ensure the smooth implementation of the social media strategy across the health system. Coordinates the implementation of social media policies and best practices to ensure team members are knowledgeable of policies and procedures relating to social media use. Coordinates social media content schedule development with hospital social media contributors, helps craft messages to all audiences and assists with issues management. Educate internal stakeholders, senior management, and teams on internal social marketing channel value, best practices, and ongoing evolution implications.Monitors metrics and establishes KPIs for social media success. Assists the Communications Team with content writing and media monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Required - Bachelors - Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism or a Related FieldPreferred - Masters - Journalism
Experience:
3 years of experience in Marketing3 years of experience working with social media preferably in healthcareCommunity Management skills
