Purpose of the job

To develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and analyse performance metrics to enhance online presence.

 

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos enabled through Bynder. Social Media Strategy: Implement and manage social media strategies to align with business goals and drive engagement. Community Management: Ensure that community management guidelines, digital guiding principles and engagement with followers are to standard as well as driving excellence in community management. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, ATL agencies, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaigns. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

 

Job Requirements

1. Education:

  A  relevant and recognized Bachelor’s qualification in Commercial/Marketing.

 

2. Experience:

1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas. Experience with graphic design and video editing software. Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques. Strong project management and organizational skills.
