About the Role.

The Social Content Producer is responsible for the creation of social content that powers organic social channels for Bunnings Retail & Trade. This role will be creating social content that brings to life the Bunnings brand and product range, with DIY/home improvement trends to create compelling, engaging and agile social content.

Reporting to the Creative & Production Manager, and part of the Creative & Production team, this role will be the champion for social content creation on set with external agency partners, ensuring best in class content that aligns to the campaign or customer brief is being captured, as well as managing various internal creative programs.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in digital content creation, including short-form video production for social media and the ability to build, nurture and evolve strong relationships with all stakeholders, representing the Bunnings brand in each engagement with integrity.

What's involved.

Collaborate with brand, social, content and other internal stakeholders to produce, shoot, edit and deliver high quality social contentProduce high quality social content that meets the brief, budget and timelinesWork with production partners and internal creators to create social first content where requiredProvide expert guidance for the production of paid social assets as neededProvide expert guidance and advice to our agency partners in planning, pre production, and on-set of any social content creationRepresent the Bunnings brand and the Content and Social team at creative shootsManage the recruitment and engagement of internal creator programs, utilising internal team members to create content for social channelsDevelop and evolve existing internal programs to support the internal creation of content for Commercial channelsReview, revise and select relevant content to be published from participants  Establish and nurture a reputation for being adaptive, professional, open, collaborative, and hard working as an individual and as a dynamic content production teamProvide advice and guidance to stakeholders around social content and best practice use of production techniquesWork collaboratively and respectfully with our agency partners, trades and fellow Team Members when on set and in-storeBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to champion the role of social content and keep stakeholders informed.

You’ll need:

Tertiary qualification in in Multimedia, Content Production or related field preferred3-5 years of proven experience as a social content producer working across social platformsExperience with social content creation, editing and publishing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similarDeep understanding of social media channels trends, strategies and tacticsUnderstanding of emerging technology and usage in content productionExceptional time management skills and the ability to deliver to strict deadlines, under pressureBeing capable of managing multiple projects and/or briefs at any one timeStrong stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills.
