You will play a pivotal role in engaging and nurturing our community, reaching new readers and being at the forefront of an exciting social commerce project. Key Responsibilities: + Assist the Social Commerce Team with the day to day running of our Shop. + Support and create organic and paid social media content: Focusing on engaging videos and Lives. + Shop catalogue management: Collating titles for monthly uploads, uploading titles, managing pre-order titles and optimising products. + Manage stock inventory: checking ISBN details, liaising with inventory team, uploading reserve information to internal systems. + Liaising and supporting our customer service team: helping chase orders, solve problems and maintain a healthy shop. + Support creator outreach and create relationships. + Create and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
