Social Account Supervisor

Overview We are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to oversee the operations of social communications for a key client with multiple brand portfolios. In this role, you will guide and work with an agency team built with agility.  You will serve as the bridge between clients and our agency team, liaising with brand managers to intake briefs, engage strategy/creative teams and lead execution. It’s a dynamic, client-facing role that requires positive energy, a blend of creative and production savvyness with super sharp organizational skills.  Responsibilities Client & Relationship Management Key day-to-day client contact responsible for the intake of project briefs and leading content development from concepting through to execution and analysis. Handles the consolidation of client creative or media questions/requests, managing feedback and approvals with the ability to present back recommendations and agency POVs. Provide regular updates and recommendations to Clients about social account performance. Identifies key players in client organization and focuses selling efforts on key decision-makers. Experience building and fostering trusted long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Community & Partner Management Oversee community management alongside Community Manager. Key contact with Client on any flags or approvals needed. Manages the scope of community management and social listening resources. Key contact with inter-agency teams, including leading presentations and comms with Client. Ensures the approvals and agreed upon paid media alignments are obtained from Client and fulfills trafficking with the Media team. Production & Execution In depth understanding of social platforms, specifically Meta and Tik Tok. Social first mindset with technical knowledge of production best practices. Manage timelines, resources, and internal communications acting as the key contact on all elements of production. Activates the right resources at the right time while ensuring efficient workflow in order to maintain a high level of quality control from start to finish. Ensures assets are created per brand standards, adheres to social playbooks, and produced promptly. Works with the Project Manager on all timelines. Manage FR post copy adaptation working closely with our Montreal team. Reviews budget and ensures that projects are on track and on budget. Detail-oriented as will be managing multiple workstreams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising related field. 3-5 years of experience in account management role within the advertising or marketing industry, preferably with CPG clients. In depth understanding of social platforms, specifically Meta and Tik Tok. Proven experience working with strategy lead, community manager, producer and content creator Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile accounts and delivering social projects on time and within budget. Experience working within always-on, content-marketing environments and leveraging content-marketing calendars. Proficient in project management tools and software.
