We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about working with children and fostering a love for the game. As an instructor and coach you will lead sessions, inspire young athletes, and help them build their skills and confidence. Key Responsibilities: + Deliver engaging coaching sessions that promote skill development and enjoyment of the game. + Foster a positive learning environment where children feel safe and supported. + Communicate clearly with participants, parents, and team members. + Maintain organization and high energy during classes. + Ensure safety procedures are followed and equipment is properly maintained. Requirements + Early childhood education a plus + A love for working with children and helping them grow. + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Ability to have flexible work schedule, likely 6-8 hours a week + Must have reliable transportation. + Must be responsible and reliable with excellent time management. Benefits + New trainees start at $18/hr. Assistants earn $20/hr to start.
