With the launch of Amazon Business in Germany in December 2016, Amazon Business expanded to Europe and is now present in five key markets in Europe: Germany, UK, France, Italy and Spain. The Amazon Business team is dedicated to developing solutions that make it easy for business customers to buy on Amazon through an Amazon Business Account. We focus on building solutions that enable business customers to rethink current strategies, tools and processes for Purchasing and innovate to be fit for the future. Our Customers include individual professionals, small businesses and large institutions. Our business Customers have different needs than Amazon retail/consumer Customers, and we reinvent everything from how we display our selection, price our products and provide the right customer experience to serve this segment.
We are looking for a German-speaking Snr Partner Enablement Manager in our EU Amazon Business Professional Services Team to support scaling the Partner Select Program, created in 2023, whose charter is to create and educate an external network partners (e.g. consultancies) to pitch and implement the AB solution on our behalf.
As a Snr Partner Enablement Manager, you will:
- Onboard and educate Partners on Amazon Business integration processes – empower them to deliver integrations autonomously
- Support Partners to deliver Customers integrations and ensure Customers adoption
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing teams to help boosting Customers pipeline (e.g. through GTM activities like co-hosted webinars, events)
- Improve processes, reporting and program methodology
- Contribute to the Partner Select Program strategy definition
- Connect, align and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver and grow the program (Sales, Partnerships, US teams, Technical, Marketing teams)
To be successful, you will navigate through a new and ambiguous environment, where you will have to test, learn, and innovate to help scaling a promising program, which is already delivering a significant share of AB results.
